Overview
With various attractions that everyone wants to experience the thrill that comes from game drives and observing animals in their own territory, Amboseli National Park is a great place to visit. The National Park offers one of Africa’s best wildlife adventure experiences when it comes to the vast array of wildlife species, as well as the spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro.
The park is renowned for its large herds of elephants. Other animals in the park are; giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, hyenas, lions, cheetahs, impalas and even jackals, among others.

Day 1
Departure from Nairobi airport/hotel heading to the Samburu reserve. Transfer time of approximately 6.30 hours, arrival at lunchtime and accommodation in the tented camp/lodge. After an afternoon stop, we will continue with the photo safari until sunset. Dinner and overnight stay in the chosen lodge/camp.
Day 2
Departure at dawn after breakfast. Full day of game drive with packed lunch and return to the tented camp/lodge in the late afternoon (possibility to visit the Samburu village)
Day 3
After breakfast, departure at 6.30 am, we leave Samburu for Nanyuki. Arrival in the reserve after about 3 hours and 30 minutes and start of the photo safari until lunch time. Mount Kenya National Park is an important natural area, recognized nationally since 2008 and since 1978 by UNESCO.
At 1.00 pm we will reach the lodge for lunch. At 4.00 pm departure for the photo safari until sunset when we return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4
Departure at 6.30 am after breakfast, we leave Nanyuki to head towards Lake Nakuru. Arrival after 5 hours and start of the safari until lunch time. We go to the lodge to eat and, after an afternoon stop, we continue the photo safari in search of rhinos, flamingos and many other animals. After sunset we return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5
After breakfast, departure at 6.30 am. We leave Lake Nakuru to reach Lake Bogoria where we will arrive after 3 hours and 30 minutes and the start of the photo safari. The Lake Bogoria national reserve extends over approximately 110 square kilometers at an altitude between 1,000 and 1,600 meters and is located along the Rift Valley, a volcanic area that contains many lakes in Kenya.
Steam jets and geysers can be observed coming from the rocky underground. In addition to the geysers and flamingos, which come here to lay their eggs and then return to Lake Nakuru when the young are able to fly, the reserve is famous for hosting the Greater Kudu, a type of antelope. Arrival at the lodge for lunch and, after the afternoon break, at 4 pm we leave for another photo safari until sunset. Return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6
Departure at 6.30 am after breakfast, we leave Lake Bogoria to go towards Lake Naivasha: first stop Hell’s gate (Hell’s gate means the devil’s gate), arrival after 4 hours and 30 minutes and we begin the accompanied bicycle safari for 2 hours by the rangers. Here it will be possible to see giraffes, zebras, antelopes and much more.
At 1.00 pm we reach the lodge for lunch and relaxation. At 4.00 pm boat ride on Lake Naivasha which is a lake in Kenya located near Naivasha, a town north-west of Nairobi included in the county of Nakuru. It is a freshwater lake, the name derives from the Maasai word: Nai’posha, which means: “turbulent waters”, due to the sudden storms that can form.
Here it will be possible to see hippos, birds such as herons and eagles and many other species of animals. At 6.00 pm return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7
Departure at 6.30 am after breakfast, we leave Lake Naivasha for the Masai Mara, the most beautiful and well-known park in the world. Arrival at the reserve after 5 hours and start of the photo safari until lunch time.
After lunch and an afternoon break, we continue the photo safari until sunset, then dinner and overnight stay in the chosen structure.
Day 8
After breakfast, full day dedicated to safari along the river to see the great migration of wildebeests and zebras.
Packed lunch and return to the chosen camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 9
Departure at 6.30 am. Photo safari until around 8.00am then we leave the Masai Mara to head towards Nairobi and will arrive at around 1.30pm Lunch and relaxation at around 4.00pm departure for the afternoon tour in the Giraffe center where you can see the giraffes up close and you can also give them to eat, return to the hotel for dinner.
Day 10
Departure after breakfast, we leave Nairobi for Amboseli. Arrival after 3.30 am and start of the photo safari until lunchtime when we will stop at the lodge or tented camp to eat and relax. Departure at 4.00 pm for a new photo safari until sunset. Return to the lodge/tented camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 11
Departure at approximately 8:00
We will leave Amboseli for Tsavo west east arriving at 9.30am and we will begin the safari in the beautiful MIZMA SPRINGS, where it will be possible to go on a walking safari accompanied by a Ranger to see hippos, crocodiles and tilapia fish. Lunch and relaxation at the Ngulia lodge. Afternoon game drive until sunset. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 12
Departure at 6.30am, after breakfast. Photo safari at dawn until 9.30am before leaving Tsavo west, for Taita Hills, the park in Kenya where it is possible to have the wonderful experience of a night safari accompanied by a ranger. You will then witness nocturnal hunting scenes and admire many animals that prefer to move in the savannah after sunset.
Arrival at the reserve at approximately 10.00 am and start of the photo safari until approximately 1.00 pm, arrival at the lodge for lunch and relaxation at a stilt lodge. At 4.00 pm we set off again for another game drive until sunset.
Return to the lodge for dinner. The night safari begins at 8.30 pm accompanied by a ranger, at 10.30 pm we will return to the lodge for the overnight stay.
Day 13
Departure at 6.30 am for another photo safari until approximately 10.00 am. We will then leave Taita Hill for Tsavo East at 10.30am. We leave at 11.00 and the photo safari begins until lunchtime, arrival at the lodge or camp to relax. Afternoon photo safari until sunset. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 14
Departure 6.30am after breakfast. Photo safari until leaving the park, a lunch stop at the crocodile field then return to Watamu/malindi/mombasa with expected arrival in the evening.
