Overview
FIRST DAY OF SAFARI FROM WATAMU TO NGUTUNI.
TRAVEL GIRAFFE.
Departure from your resort at 6:00am in the morning. A scenic drive of about 4 hours on the main road of Malindi Nairobi towards NGUTUNI SANCTUARY.
It is a sanctuary located next to Tsavo East Park.
Arrive around 10:30am directly for a game drive until lunch time.
Once you arrive at the lodge, check-in, room assignment, lunch and relax.
While having lunch and relaxing while waiting for the afternoon game drive, you can enjoy a breathtaking view from the terrace where lunch takes place.
In the afternoon, around 4.00pm, we leave for the second game drive in the Sanctuary,
A whole afternoon to learn about the various aspects of the savannah and the animals that populate it, to then conclude the day at sunset, with dinner, a well-deserved rest in a comfortable lodge.
The return to the lodge is scheduled for 6:30pm. Optionally you can do the night safari (not included in the fee)
The game drive of about 2 hours experiencing a unique emotion Seeing the animals in their habitat in the dark.
The guide and driver, during the game drives, will take you to see many wild animals in their natural habitat, between forests and dirt tracks.
During game drives you can admire many animals and observe them up close in complete safety in their natural habitat.
SECOND DAY OF SAFARI FROM NGUTUNI TO TSAVO EAST PARK AND RETURN TO WATAMU.
Wake up early in the morning, breakfast and check out. A small game drive towards Tsavo East park in a journey of only 25 minutes.
Once you arrive at the Tsavo East gate and complete the formalities, you will start the first game drive in Tsavo East park until lunch time, when you will arrive at the lodge where you stop for lunch.
Departure for a new game drive, on a different route from those done so far, we will admire the beginning of a new day in the savannah until reaching the exit gate, around 4.00am, the time of exit from the Park.
Once out of the Park, we will retrace the route taken the day before to reach Watamu and your resort.
Arrival at the resort is scheduled for 5:30pm in time for settling in and aperitif and dinner.
